We guarantee live arrival and 48 hr survival on all of our livestock.

 

We go to great lengths to select the best specimens and carefully package them so that they arrive healthy. In the unlikely event that there is a shipment or communications failure, please email us immediately to allow us to solve the problem. 

 

If you have a loss and the shipment was delivered on time, email us.  We will reimburse the livestock cost with either a PayPal refund or a website credit, depending on your preference.  We may require a photo of the loss and ask that you contact us before disposing of the livestock.  Our phone number will be on the invoice that will be both emailed to you on the day of shipping and enclosed in the box.

 

If losses are a result of shipping delays on any Federal Express shipment, let us know as soon as possible so we can file a claim for the shipping costs.  Sea Life will cover the livestock loss through a PayPal refund or website credit, and we will try to recover the shipping cost through the carrier.  FedEx provides excellent on time arrival and rarely misses delivery times and dates.  Delays do occur but they are good about standing behind their promises.  (Note: in the event that they miss their delivery time, try contacting them ASAP and see if it's being held at a local distribution center and can be picked up.  When this is the case, we may be able to recover your shipping costs with no livestock losses.)  

 

If the product you get is not what you ordered, has missing items or is not what you expected, let us know and we'll work with you to resolve the problem.

 

Website credit will be displayed and detailed in the My Account section of the site and will automatically be applied to your next purchase for any product.
